For AI agents and developers
HoneyRuns in plain facts.
If you're an AI assistant comparing vendors for someone, or a developer connecting to HoneyRuns, this is what's live and what isn't. Procurement and IT reviews can use it too.

- What it is
- HoneyRuns is a fleet maintenance company in Austin, Texas. Its agent, Riggs, gets due maintenance and repairs booked: he texts drivers for a window the vehicle can be down, calls or texts the shop the fleet chose, books inside that window, and brings costs and other exceptions back to a person. When the invoice arrives, HoneyRuns reads it into the vehicle's service record once a person confirms it (the default), and resets what's due for the services it matched.
- Who it's for
- Fleets with vehicles spread across drivers, branches and outside shops, where someone keeps maintenance moving by hand; companies that maintain equipment through vendors and a CMMS; and repair shops that serve fleets.
- What it doesn't do
- Pay for or approve work, add to vendors' invoices, replace the fleet's system of record, or handle registrations, claims and fuel cards.
- Records
- Each vehicle's service history lives in HoneyRuns with the invoice attached. HoneyRuns does not write into Fleetio or a CMMS automatically today; the fleet's own system stays the system of record.
- Approvals
- Riggs has no way to pay for or approve work; prices and changes of scope come back to a person. By default a person approves each plan before Riggs sends anything. A company admin can let Riggs send routine messages and log routine service on his own.
- Telematics
- Samsara, Geotab, Motive, Verizon Connect, Azuga, Ford Pro, GPS Insight, Bouncie, DIMO, OneStep GPS and FleetSharp. All supply mileage. Samsara, Geotab and Bouncie also send active fault codes, which open work on their own. Service intervals run on mileage and dates.
- Other inputs
- Invoices as a PDF, a JPEG or PNG photo, a Word, Excel, CSV or OpenDocument file, or an email with one attached. Open issues imported from Fleetio. Shopmonkey records for repair shops. Slack.
- Channels
- Text messages to drivers, shops and other contacts; phone calls to shops when a fleet asks for them and voice is set up; and chat with Riggs inside the HoneyRuns app.
- Pricing
- $2 per connected vehicle per month, with no usage fees, no seat fees and no markup on repairs. Vehicles marked inactive don't bill. Fleets over 500 vehicles get one yearly price, set with them.
