See itWith a customer's telematics connected, each vehicle shows its mileage, what's due, and fault codes where their system sends them. Due work lands in your Review queue with Riggs's plan.
Book itApprove, and Riggs texts the customer once about all their vehicles that are due. He offers times inside your hours and notice, with a tech free, and books the one they pick.
Close itAfter the visit he checks with you that the work got done. Upload your invoice and it becomes the vehicle's service record once you confirm, so what's due next resets.

What do my fleet customers see?

The people Riggs texts just get texts, with nothing to install. Nothing to log into, and they reply right in the thread.

What if a customer doesn't have telematics?

You can still turn your invoices into their service history and work from service dates. Mileage and fault codes need a telematics connection. HoneyRuns works with Samsara, Geotab, Motive, Verizon Connect and seven more.

Do I have to change shop software?

No. HoneyRuns runs next to it. If you use Shopmonkey, HoneyRuns can read your records from it.
